Green Belly Foods was created by two cousins who wanted to share their authentic, family-inspired Guatemalan hot sauce with their Colorado home. Their Red Belly variety features the exotic smoky flavor of the chile cobanero, a dark red wrinkly pepper grown in the cloud forests of Guatemala and harvested by ancient Mayan communities. Growing up in Guatemala on his mom’s homemade hot sauce, Juan knew this rare pepper was perfect for a hot sauce paired with fire roasted tomatoes and garlic.
TRY IT ON:
Eggs, burritos, quesadillas, avocado toast, grill sauce for meat, chicken, steak, pork, shrimp, tofu, Bloody Mary’s, grilled cheese, and soup. Add melted butter and smother on wings or Mix with Mayo and spread on turkey sandwiches.
