White Label Original is a small-batch Texas table sauce highlighting the chile pequin, which grows wild in Texas and has a nice nutty/smoky flavor. Around that base note, the holy quaternity of Belize-style sauces was added: habanero, onion, carrot, and garlic. The sauce also has the vinegar and pepper mash flavor prevalent in Louisiana-style sauces but with honey, orange juice, and orange peel added to get a more balanced, fuller flavor.
