Handcrafted in Washington by the self-proclaimed hot sauce kings of Seattle, this new Friendly Fire hot sauce infuses sweet, tangy tamarinds with a unique blend of chilies, coffee, cider vinegar, and salt. This sauce brings the right kind of heat to whatever you eat. Leave it to the guys at Friendly Fire to turn this crazy mash of ingredients into an incredibly edible hot sauce.
TRY IT ON: Pork tacos, eggs, a perfectly cooked steak, grilled anything, and on a bow of chili.
HEAT LEVEL: Medium
Very tasty sauce, with a strong taste of coffee at the start. Sour notes of tamarind follow, and finally, just the right amount of heat hits at the end. I've used this sauce on Moroccan chicken soup, Indian lentil soup, and fried rice, and think that this sauce goes very well with any type of African/Asian dish.
