A unique style of medium heat chipotle sauce, with the rich notes of Meco chipotles and a dynamic balance between mustard, chipotle, and cumin. Bartlett pear juice and figs add subtle sweetness, while the creeping heat of the scotch bonnet chile builds in heat in a slow and sneaky way.
TRY IT ON: Primarily designed as a taco sauce, Lucky Dog Brown Label is especially compatible with steak, chicken, or pork. Subtle enough to enjoy on tuna sashimi, or with sourdough bread & goat cheese, yet bold enough to use in marinades, on ham & eggs, pizza, burgers, or just about any Mexican food.
HEAT LEVEL: Mild
Used most of the bottle on two caribou meatloaves I cooked up for a party. Gotta say it was the first item to disappear off the table. Wonderful flavor. Everyone raved about the taste
Let's get one thing straight right away - this sauce is NOT hot. And that's what makes it awesome. It's super smoky, heavy on the chipotle, with slight vinegar and mustard flavors. A bit tangy, full of roasted spice, this one lingers a bit and is perfect for anything on a BBQ - think tacos, hot dogs, burgers, and more.
Love Lucky Dog sauces, this one is mild and be prepared to run out quick because where it doesn't have heat it has tons of flavor.
This is one of the weaker sauces from fuego in terms of heat. However, the smokey flavor is why you'd want this hot sauce. Perfect pair for BBQ for a mild heat and flavor enhancement.
This hot sauce is just the right amount of heat. I really enjoyed it on burgers, hot dogs, and fries.
