In the early Angry Goat days, a friend requested a roasted pepper sauce for his wife that was both mild and had tons of flavor. They took that request and ran with it... but like all of their sauces, they went WAY outside of the box and added kiwi fruit, avocado, cilantro and tequila. Pair those with roasted jalapeños, serranos and tomatillos and you have the famous Hippy Dippy Green.
