Fast-forward 9 years and Chef Chris is taking home yet another award: 1st place at the 2019 NYC Hot Sauce Expo (Chipotle Category) for his Chipotle No.4 hot sauce. This authentic, mild-medium heat Mexican sauce combines sweet tomatoes, roasted bell peppers, and smoked chipotles along with a smattering of smoked paprika to enhance the flavor of the peppers.
