Funky’s Hot Sauce Factory was born in 2006 but didn’t begin selling sauces to the public until the summer of 2019. After years of producing sauces for friends and family using peppers harvested from their miniature farm, they finally brought their goods to the public. Nowadays, the peppers in their sauces are purchased from Non-GMO and/or organic (local when possible) farms and the homegrown harvests are used for test batches. Stellar Fuzz is a reasonably spicy, habanero-based sauce with garlic and a hint of ginger zing. The ginger is subtle but will pop on some meals such as Indian and Asian fare. On pizza or grilled cheese, you may not even notice it.

TRY IT ON:

Curries, samosas, lamb & fish (salmon, ahi and sushi), stir frys, noodle bowls, and fried rice. Makes a killer spicy smoked gouda, egg, and bacon breakfast sandwich.

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar w/ the mother, Organic Onion, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Carrots, Habanero Peppers, Organic Garlic, Organic Lime Juice, Sea Salt, Organic Ginger.
