With a spicy nod to the many German Biergartens that exist on the West Side of Manhattan, Black Forest is his newest offering. It’s a hearty, herbaceous sauce featuring an exciting blend of black cherries, ghost peppers, a touch of balsamic vinegar, and a hint of fragrant sage. Pairs great with a German Pilsner or Weiss beer.
