Horsetooth Hot Sauce is run by brother and sister duo John & Mikie out of Fort Collins, CO who have been crafting that warm feeling since 2008. Although they are a Colorado company, Horsetooth Hot Sauce is in step with John and Mikie’s Chi-town-influenced thoughts on hot sauce: simple heat mixed with great flavor is best. “Like I told you, what I said, melt your face right off your head.” The Jolokia has many names that represent the killer heat it contains, but is best known as the Ghost Pepper, for its sneaky-scary heat. In this sauce, Horsetooth mixes garlic, onion, and black pepper to complement the subtle sweetness of the chile. But don’t be charmed by its sweet embrace, this sauce is bound to Melt Your Face.

TRY IT ON:

Pizza, chili, macaroni and cheese, soups, chowders, casseroles, tacos, salads, marinades, and Bloody Mary's. But use sparingly; this sauce packs a wallop.
