Hot N Saucy was created by Chef Sam Davis-Allonce who took her love of fresh and all complex ingredients to create a line of vegetable-based hot sauces. It all started during Sam’s first pregnancy when she was craving spicy additions to her meals but was bored by typical hot sauces that had the same few ingredients and focused too much on heat. Sam’s line focuses on flavor first (the Fuego way, too!) along with interesting flavor pairings. Garlic N Peperoncini is her mildest offering and highlights the tanginess of pickled Peperoncini peppers paired with the punchiness of garlic.
