Based out of Pueblo, CO, Garrett Peck of PexPeppers is a true chilehead and often known for his tasty pepper-forward (as in, really damn spicy) hot sauces. That’s why Pueblo Red was such a surprise when we first tried it. It was actually MILD. But not only mild, it was bursting with flavor and a favorite at a recent hot sauce tasting party. Using sun-ripened pueblo chiles grown in Pueblo, CO, this Southwestern style sauce is rounded out nicely with garlic, shallots, and cumin. A true labor of love.
TRY IT ON:
Enchiladas, pizza, Mexican food, or even use it as a replacement for Cocktail Sauce. Very versatile.
