Sinai Gourmet's Jalapeño Maple is a FRESH hot sauce made using 100% fresh ingredients, no additives, and nothing artificial. Showcasing fresh jalapeño's and real Canadian maple syrup, Jalapeño Maple is a perfectly balanced mix of sweet and spicy. Rarely seen, this hot sauce is VINEGAR-FREE which means it is much less acidic and easily pairs with even the most premium ingredients. Funny tid bit: it took Sinai Gourmet over 2 years of testing to perfect a shelf stable, vinegar-free hot sauce. Along the way there were many exploded jars and unintentionally fermented sauces 😅.

TRY IT ON:

Rib-eye steaks, salmon, shrimp, burgers, and anything you cook on the grill. Mix a spoonful in your pico de gallo or salsa to balance out and pep up the tomato flavour. Mix in BBQ sauces to add some sweet heat. Mix 4 parts mayonnaise to 1 part Jalapeño Maple to make a killer aioli for wraps, sandwiches, and dipping sauce.

INGREDIENTS:

Fresh jalapeño peppers, real maple syrup, fresh herbs and spices, fresh lime juice, extra virgin olive oil and fresh garlic.
